Refund policy

We want you and your pet to be happy 🐾 If something doesn’t work out, here are the options:

Eligibility for Return

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • Refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or wrong item, we’ll send a replacement free of charge.

Return Shipping

  • USA, Canada, UK, Australia → customer pays return shipping.

  • Colombia → returns via local carrier; in case of defective product, we cover return cost.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened pet food, hygiene products, or gift cards.
